TUG BOAT CAPSIZES.
A SEAMAN DROWNED. By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 22. The tug boat Stella capsized on the Horahora Bar, and the crew were threequarters of an hour in the surf. They had a terrible struggle to reach the shore. The captain and the mate were almost gone, but managed to land. An ordinary seaman, named W. Campbell, was drowned.
