SIEGE OF TABRIZ.
Received April 24, 12.2"> a.m. TEHERAN, April 23. Taking advantage of the armistice Shujai Dowled, onej of the Royalist commanders before Tabriz seized an important Nationalist position in the south-west of the town. The British and Russian Legations at Teheran are vigorously protested.
