THE IMPERIAL PICTURES.
Mr Chas. Blake arrived in Masterton yesterday morning, to make preliminary arrangments for the visit of the Imperial Picture .Syndicate, on Tuesday and Wednesday next. A contemporary says: —The management have been successful in securing the very latest and most up-to-date pictures yet seen in the Dominion, pictures which are all the topic at the present moment and they are supposed to excel all others. The Dreadnought in action has been proclaimed the greatest naval picture yet produced. Coming as it does at such an opportune time; this picture should commend itselt to all classes of the theatre-goii:g public. Another and most interesting subject is the Soldier's Wedding, which should be described as a real drama in cinematography. This picture is sensational and realistic. Popular prices are to be charged (ladies half price), and the management promise an excellent programme of pictures.
