SOUTH AFRICAN UNION.
OPPOSITION IN NATAL. Received April 21, 8.45 a.m. DURBAN, April 20. The Natal Assembly at Pietermaritzburg has read a second time a Bill providing for the taking of a referendum on the question whether shall enter the South African Union. At a meeting held in the Town Hall at Durban, it was urged that no further steps towanda union should be taken until the Mozambique Agreement had been either abrogated or modified.
