SIEGE OF TABRIZ.
SHAH REFUSES A FOREIGN REQUEST. TEHERAN, April 16. The Shah has rejected a request by the Consuls at Tabriz, now being besieged by the Government troops, to allow the transit of corn for British and Russian subjects.
