TRIAL OF TOM MANN.

CHANGE OP VENUE. A'PROIEST. Received April 13, 11.15 p.m. SYDNEY, April 13. The Labour Congress, representing 100,000 workers, passed a resolution protesting against the change of venue in regard to T. Mann's trial to Albury. A deputation to wait on the Premier was appointed. Mr Bowling, delegate of the New castle miners, who moved the resolution, indicated that if the Premier did not do what they considered right, something else would be done. He believed the only power the workers had to-day was that of paralysing industry. He had not advocated that, but if other means failed, they must try the last resort.
