THE WHEAT MARKET.
EXCITEMENT IN NEW YORK. A FURTHER RISE IN PRICE. Received April 12, 9.10 a.m. NEW YORK, April 11. The wheat market is strong and excited. New crop deliveries have advanced 50 cents. Mr Patten, the speculator, has bought heavily for July and September delivery but has sold May deliveries.
