By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 7. The following is Rev D. C. Bates' weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-mor-row : —Moderate to strong southerly winds with fair weather are probable north of New Plymouth and Napier, and westerly winds strong to gale elsewhere, with unsettled weather.
