FOOTBALL.
At the annual meeting of the Greytown Football Club, the election of officers resulted: Patron, Mr J (Jotter (re-eleeted); president, Mr John McMaster (re-elected); vicepresidents, Messrs W. Strang, D. P. Loasby, J. Robertson, J. Maguire senr., A. B. Balfour, H. Humphries, C. J. Beard, A. L. Webster, J. Brunton, and Drs Bey and McCarthy; secretary, Mr A. Haigh (re-elected) ; treasurer, Mr P. Rogers; auditor, Mr A .L. Webster;'delegates to Messrs Charters. Beard and Webster, senior selection committee, Messrs Rogers, Wines and Webster; management committee, Messrs R. Workman, N. Skeet, Wines ; H. Webster, W. Humphries, J. Brunton, A. L. Webster, K. Humphries, and J. Hastings. It was decided to enter a senior and a junior team for the Wairarapa Rugby Union championships. A ballot was taken for the medals presented by Mr McMaster, and resulted in "Tip" Jury receiving the one for the best back, and "Snowy" Wickens in the forward division.
