HAWKE'S BAY SHOW.

By Telergaph—Press Association. HASTINGS, March 31. The Autumn Show of the Hawke's Bay Agricultural and Pastoral Society was held at Hastings to-day, in fine weather, and was largely attended. The fruit and vegetable displays were particularly good, especially apples, pears and peaches. It is not too much to say that it has never been "excelled in Hawke's Bay, whilst the judge of vegetables stated that these classes were beautiful, both as regards quality, size, and variety. There was no competition in district exhibits, but the only entry, that of the Hastings branch of the Farmers' Union, was comprehensive and of high quality.
