JAPANESE WARSHIPS.
TO VISIT ESQUIMALT. Received March 28, 4.15 p.m. I-VICTORIA, March 27. Two Japanese warships, formerly the Russian cruisers Bayen and Varyag will visit Esquimalt (a port and naval station with docks at the south end of Vancouver Island, five miles wesc of Victoria) about the middle of May. Arrangements are being made to give the warships a cordial reception.
