The following is Captain Edwin's weather forecast to 3 p.m. to morrow:—Moderate to strong southerly winds are probable north of Hokitika and Lyttelton, and westerly elsewhere; rain is probable north of New Plymouth and Napier, and a rising barometer everywhere.
