THE KRUPP MONOPOLY.
GERMAN NAVAL ADMINISTRATION. A REDUCTION. Received March 24, 9 a.m. BERLIN, March 23. Admiral Tirpitz, Secretary for Marine, made s speech in the Reichstag defending the Krupp monopoly. He claimed that the naval administration for seven years had secured a reduction of 30 per cent, in the prices of armour plates.
