AUSTRALIA'S DESTROYERS.
A SUGGESTION. Received March 23, 8.15 a.m. LONDON, March 22. Professor Bylas suggests that the Commonwealth Government should appoint two Australian engineers to watch the building of the destroyers ordered for Australia and csnduct their voyage to Australia. The knowledge thus gained, he says, would prove valuable to Australian shipbuilding yards.
