We were, shown a line of nine fat bullocks which were killed tnat morning, and placed them in order as follows First bullock, No. 4; sscond bullock, No. 1; third bullock, No. 8. No. 4 is a very prime bullock of a very handy weight, with small bone, and would be hard to beat for shop purposes. No 1. is a very prime body of beef with fat very evenly laid on, not patchy, small in bone, only fault a little on the heavy side. No. 8, very prime, but not gross, very full of meat, small in bone, also on the heavy side. All nine bullocks were very nicely killed and dressed, also free from bruises, and must have been very carefully handled by your drovers and slaughtermen, and reflect great credit on your staff.
