BULGARIAN INDEMNITY.
Received March 17, 8.35 a.m. LONDON, March 16. The Russo-Turkish compromise covers the Bulgarian indemnity. The compromise requires the Porte's acceptance, which is practically assured.
A cablegram yesterday morning stated that the Rusfo-Turkish financial arrangements had been concluded. The compromise frees Turkey from paying the Kussian war indemnity for forty years, and enables her to realise 125 million francs (£5,000,000.)
