The following is Captain Edwin's weather forecast to 5 pm to-mor-row -.-Strong winds to gale generally from the eastward with rain northward of Queenstown and Nugget Point; moderate to strong easterly and fine in the southernmost part of the Dominion. & fMrJ C. Boddington reports that the rainfall registered at Upper plain for the 24 hours.preceding 9 a m. on Tuesday was 9 points.
