Hoskins, proprietors of the Lithgow Ironworks, and C. Hos- ■ kins, individually for locking out their employees on July 9th last, has been made known. The Court is of opinion that the Hoskins' had not acted out of illwill or with an intention to force the men to submission, but from a feeling of annoyance. In the first case the Court fined the firm £SO, while C. Hoskins. was fined £lO with £lO 10s COS..S in each case.
