TROUBLE AT YILDIZ PALACE. Received March 10, 9 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, March 9. Some of the troop 3 at the Yildiz Palace responsible for the outbreak, mention of which was cabled on the Ist November, being dissatisfied over the elimination of officers and man who had identified themselves with the old regime, again proved mutinous, but the trouble was promptly quelled.

A company of soldiers on November Ist last were ordered to the provinces, but refused to go. Men from another battalion fired on them, killing three and wounding fifteen.
