HAMBURG-AMERICAN LINE.
FAILURE TO PAY A DIVIDEND. CAUSE OF SHRINKAGE IN YEAR'S RESULTS. Received March 10, 8.5 a m. BERLIN. March 9. The Hamburg-Amerjean Line, for the first time in fifteen years, has failed to declare an annual dividend. In enumerating ttra adverse causes of a bhrinkage of 50 per cent, in the year's results, the report emphasises the disastrous influence on shipping from the construction of such recordbreaking vessels as the Lusitania and Mauretania.
