The following is Captain Edwin's weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-mor-row: —Northerly winds strong to gale are probable generally with a falling barometer everywhere; weather fine in most parts, but there are indications for very unsettled weather goon, especially in the extreme north and southern districts.
