BREACH OF PROMISE.
By Telegraph—Press Association. INVERCARGILL, March 5. At the Supreme Court to-day, when the case of Dinah Harraway, of Burnside, v : J. C. McKenzie, of Riversdale, a olaim for £l,lOO for breach of promise, was called on, plaintiff's counsel explained t-hat a settlement had been arrived at between the parties.
