SCARCITY OF RIFLES.
STRONG COMPLAINTS. Received' March 4, 10 a.m. SYDNEY, March 4. At a meeting of the New South Wales Rifle Association, strong complaints as to the scarcity of rifles were made. It was stated that over twenty clubs recently formed could not be supplied with rifles, the stocks of both rifles and barrels being completely exhausted.
