ACCIDENTAL DEATH.

By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN, March 4. A man named Samuel Gampbell died in the hospital to-night. The circumstances surrounding his death are somewhat remarkable. On Monday evening he was found in a street in an unconscious condition,, but the cunstable arrived at the conclusion that the man was sufferingfrom intoxication and arrested him. Next morning it was found impossible to arouse him to bring him before the Court, and after medical: advice had been obtained he was removed tn the hospital, where i«fc was discovered the t he was suffering fromhemorrhage of the brain. The deceased did not recover consciousness after the accident, which is believed o be due to a fall on the pavement.
