OUTBREAK ON A STEAMER. CAPTAIN SUCCUMBS. Received February 28, 4.30 p.m. PERTH, February 2 3 . The steamer Redbridge fas arrived from 1 Calcutta, and has been quarantined at Bunbury, owing to an outbreak; of small pox. Captain Smith Has auccuanbed to small pox, and some- members of the crew are suffe*>«& from the disease.
