A protocol has been signed embodying the terms of the AustroTurkish ssttlement. The Turkish boycott of Austrian goods is rapidly disappearing. DIPLOMATIC PRESSURE ON SERVIA. RUSSIA JOINS OTHER POWERS. Received February 28, 4.44 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, February 27. Russia has agreed to join the other powers in bringing diplomatic pres sure to bear on Servia.
