STARTLING EXPERIENCE.
TWO SINGERS BURNED. INJURIES SLIGHT. Received February 26, 8.25 a.m. LONDON, February 25. A startling experience befell Misses Amy and Dolly Castles, the well-known Australian singers. Miss Dolly was drying her hair, when a celluloid comb she was wearing caught fire. Her sister, who was in the room, ran to her assistance, and succeeded in extinguishing the flame. Both sisters were burned, but nit seriously enough to cause any disfigurement. As a matter of fact, they escaped with little more than a severe shock.
