TENDENCY TOWARDS IMPROVEMENT. BOMBS SUPPLIED TO SERVIAN ARMY. Received February 24, 9 a.m. LONDON, February 23. The "Times" Vienna correspondent says that the Balkan outlook seems to show a tendency towards improvement. The "Daily Mail's" Belgrade correspondent reports that five types of bombs have been supplied to the Servian army.
