ARNST—BARRY MATCH. Receded February 24, 11.20 a.m.. LONDON, February 24. E. Barry, the English sculling champion, says it is impossible to allow K. Arnst, the world's cha npion, £2OO for expenses, and offers £l5O. He adds that August would be preferrable to July, as the month m which the race should be rowed, owing to numerous councer attractions.
