IHE DRAFT CONSTITUTION. RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL. Received February 23, 5 a.m. CAPETOWN, February 22. The Stellenbosch (Cape) branch of the South African Bond krs approved the draft Constitution for a united South Africa. Members described the Capetown branch's resolution &i calculated to lead to undesirable dissensions and alienations, and topossibly prove injurious to Cape Colony.
