FOURTEEN PERSONS KILLED. Received February 23, 10.5 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 23. A cinematograph apparatus in a theatre at Tula, 110 miles aouth of Moscow, caught fire and a panic ensued. In the crush to get out of the theatre fourteen persons were killed.
