NEW ZEALAND BRANCH. j Telegraph—Press Association. NAPIER, February 22. j The annual meeting of the New Zealand Branch of the British Medical Association opened this evening. The Mayor of Napier (J. Vigor Brown, M.P.) welcomed the delegates. The President (Dr. T. C. Moore, of Napier), devoted the main portion of his address to the evils of patent and proprietary medicine?. He urged that the medical profession should warn the public against wor.thj less or injurious nostrums, and suggested that arrangements might be | made to publish the for.nulas of I these vaunted "curaalls" in the j daily Dress if possible, and if the press refused to do this then in pamphlet, form distributed broadcast.
