IN A CYCLONE.

BARQUE AND STEAMER WRECKED, SEVERAL VESSELS DAMAGED. Received February 22, 10.15 a.m. SYDNEY, February 22. The crew of the barque Joliette, wrecked at New Caledonia during the recent cyclone, have arrived here. Details given by them show that the barque was lying at Tchso wharf before the storm began. She was pulled out, but drifted back and bumped until stove in. She then foundered. The wharf was seriously damaged. The crew meantime, 'alter hours spent ii. the rigg'ng, clambered on to the wharf. The small steamer Poro was totally wrecked, but tha crew saved.
The schooner Gabrielle, with about a dozen passengers, is missing. It is supposed she was lost. Several other \essels were damaged, and an immense tract of country devastated.
