NEW SOUTH WALES CREDIT.
NEAKLY AT TOP 0? THE TREE. Received February 22, 10 a.m. SYDNEY, February 2?. The State Treasurer (the Hon. T. Waddell) claims that the terms of the new loan of £1,580, DOO at 3J per cent, are satisfactory. The State will have to pay about £3 14s 3d intsrest. He says the credit of New South Wales is nearly at the top of the tree, only Great Britain and France being; able to borrow to better advantage.
