The following is Captain Edwin's weather forecast to 3 p.m. tomorrow :--Moderate to strung southerly winds and fine weather probable north of Hokitika and Lyttelton, strong westerly winds and fall in the barometer, with unsettled weather and rain probable, in the southernmost districts.
