The following'is Edwin's weather forecast to • p.m. to-mor-row .—-Moderate to throng southerly winds generally, but changing to the north and east at places southward of Napier and Wanganui after from 12 to 16 hours.
Mr J. C. Boddirgton reports that the rainfall registered at Upper Piain for the 24 hours preceding 9 a.m. on Sunday was 24 points, and tor the 24 hours preceding 9 a.m. on Monday 13 points.
