By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, February 11. The following is Captain Edwin's weather forecast to 3 p.m. tomarrow:—Easterly strong winds to gale are probable north of East Cape, Taupo and Raglan, with falling barometer and rain; southerly moderate to strong elsewhere, but changing to strong northerly winds after sixteen hours; little movement of barometer until then, but falling afterwards. Weather unsettled.
