CRISIS IN PERSIA.
TOWNS IN REVOLT. Received February 8, 11.38 p.m. TEHERAN, February 8. All the towns in the province of Khorassan (the largest province of Persia.[bordering on Afghanistan and containing about ' 210,000 square miles) have risen in revolt against the Shah, and formed an Anjuman, or Government, at Meshed (the capital of the province of K'norassan), to assume administration of the province.
