Thv 'New York" correspondent of "The Times" reports that the Government at Washington are seriously concerned over the situation on the Pacific Coast as other States are joining California in the Anti-Asiatic crusade. It is believed that Japan has notified America that the school segregation legislation is the most offensive of all the proposed measures. ACTION POSTPONED. Received February 8, 11.38 p.m. SAN FRANCISCO, February 8. The Californian House has postponed action on the Bill relating to Japanese school children.
