ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

A buy named Legat was thrown from a horse on Saturday night in town and was severely hurt, an arm being broken and shoulder dislucated.
At the inquest on a body found recently in the Pomahaka River, the jury found that the deceased, Frank Fulton, was found drowned, I but there was nothing to show how he got into the river. Enquiries regarding the death of Donald Fraser, found drowned in a lagoon on Wedesday last, showe d that he had suffered for four years from an intestinal complaint, and had been operated on two years'ago. The day before his death he had had a very severe attack, and had decided to go to the hospital. An inquest was deemed unnecessary.
