.By Telegraph—Press Association. LEVIN, January 28. Xhere is a sugar famine m Levin. The shopkeepers have 300 bags at Foxton, but can't get delivery for some reason. It costs 23s per ton delivered at the door in Levin, by way of Foxton, and 38s by rail, and the shopkeepers prefer the former route.
