RUSSIAN GENERAL DISMISSED FROM THE ARMY. Received January 26, 8.25 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG.. January 25. General Brutus Alexieff has been dismissed the Army and fined ten thousand roubles, £1,057, for receiving £950 from a firm of British gunmakers during the Japanese War.
