Mr J. Gl Williamson's Musical Comedy Company will produce "The Red Mill" at the Town Hall on Friday next.. John Ford, an American comedian, and Fred Leslie will appear as the indefatigable Americans with Mr Charles Loder, an excellent Dutch comedian as "Willem." "The Red Mill"'will: be played m. Masterton with precisely the same cast of characters,, costumes, scenery and effects, as in the cities. There is to be a grand, operatic orchestra, a grand operatic chorus of 5© voices, and " grand operatic ballet. Of the music of "The Red Mill;"' contemporaries have nothing but praise, it is spoken of as being very much above the usual musical comedy standard, and: in Victor Herbert's best stylle. The dialogue is reported to be exceptionally brilliant and replete with clever things* The box plan will be open at. Miss Rive's this morning.
