DANNEVIRKE RACING CLUB.

AUTUMN MEETING. An attractive programme of sixteen events for their autumn race meeting on March 10th and 11th has been arranged by the Dannevirke Racing Club. The total stakes for the two days races amount to 1,805 sovs. The principal event of the meeting is the Dannevirke Cup, 300 sovs. li miles, and the Autumn Handicap, 200 sovs, is the next in importance. -The other events are awarded liberal stakes, ranging from 70 sovs to 135 sovs, the hack division being liberally provided for. Nominations for all races close with the secretary (Mr Jas. Spiers Freeman), Dannevirke, at 9 p.m. on Monday, February 15th next.
