FEAR OF SOCIALISM.
AFFECTING CREDIT. s deceived January 21, 8.25 a.m. ' LONDON, January 21. Mr R. B. Haldane, Secretary for , War, speaking at Birmingham, admitted that the existence of widespread fear cf Socialism was affecting credit. He declared that plenty of capital was available if investors only had confidence.
