BAITING THE PRESIDENT.
o AMERICANS PROTESTING. Received January 22, 9 a.m. NEW YORK, January 21. The United Slates House of Representatives condemned Mr Willett's attack on President Roosevelt as execrable, and ordered it to be expunged from the records. Americans are widely protesting against Congressmen baiting the President.
