WAR ON TRUSTS.
AN OIL COMPANY HEAVILY FINED. Received January 20, 9.5 a.m. NEW YORK, January 19. The United States Supreme Court has affirmed a decree of the Texas Court, fining the Waters Pierce Oil Company, of Saint Louis, 1,623,000 dollars (£324,600), and expelling it from Texas, for violating the State Anti-Trust Law.
