CHARGE OF SHEEPSTEALING.

At the Magistrate's Court at Peatherston, yesterday, before Justices of the Peace?, John O'Keefe was charged with having, on or about December 21st, 1908, stolen three sheep, valued at £2 7s 6d, the pro-. perty of Arthur Martin. The Bench decided that the case was tod serious for therii to deal - with, and committed accused for trial, bail bein? allowed, accused in £IOO, and one suraty of £IOO.
