JOHNSONViLLE SALE. By Telegraph—Special to Wairarapa Age. JOHNSON VILLE, Jan. 19. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report as follows: —A good entry of prime quality bullocks and sheep sold readily. Beef made up to 25s per cwt. Best bullocks, £8 17s 6d to £9 10s 6d, £8 10s to £8 12s 6d; lighter, £6 2s 6d to £7 15s. Three extra heßvy wethers 15s 6d to 16s 10d; good wethers, 13s lOd to 15s; ewes, 12s Id to 12s 9d; light, lis 3d; iamos, 12s 6d. MARTON SALE. MARTON, January 19. j Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Marton sale held to-day as follows:—We had a large yarding of sheep, principally lambs, for which there was a very keen demand, and a totai clearance was made. A small yarding of cattle did not meet with brisk sale. We quote: Sheep--4 tooth maiden ewes 13s 9d, 4 tooth to f.m. ewes 9s 2d, f.m. ewes 6s, mixed 2 tooths lis Id, fat and forward ewes 9s 2d to 10s, fat ewes and wetherrf lis 9d, shorn rape lambs 9s id to 9s sd, woolly rape lambs 9s 5d to 9s lOd to 10s lOd, store lambs 8s to 7s 5i culls 4s 3d to 5s Id. Cattle—Fat cows £4 to £4 53, empty cows 355, dairy cows £3 to £4 12s 6d. Messrs Abraham and Williams held their usual sale at the Mangahao road yards yesterday. They report as follows:—We had an extra full yarding of both sheep and cattle, prices forboth being well maintained, rape lambs selling well. We quote on j account of a client at Pori as follows: —Breeding ewes, 4, 6, f.f.m., | 13s 9d; 2 tooth ewes, 13s 3d; 2 and I 4-tooth wethers, lis 9d; shorn | lambs, 7s 9d; cull ewes, 8s Id; 3-year-old bullocks, £4 15s; fat heifers, £4 8s 6d. Other lines as lollows: Sheep: f.m. ewes, fair condition, 8s Id to 9s; 2 and 4-tooth wethers, good line, lis, lid; extra good shorn rape lambs, 10s Id to 10s 4d; woolly rape, lambs, 9s 6d to 10s Id; shorn rape lambs, 7s 6d to 9s 3d; mixed 2-tooths, small, 10s 9d; cull lambs, 6s, 6s 6d, 7s 6d.
