Professor Bert Hepburn notifies in another column that he is prepared to break in and thoroughly quieten the wildest horses. A chat with the Professor ascertained the fact that he had travelled the greater part of the world. He stated he has a system of handling horses that will make them safe for man, woman, or child, and regarding "outlaws" they are made, not born so. The reason he claimed to be champion of the Southern Hemisphere, was that he had never been thrown at any of his exhibitions, and will, in a given tim", undertake to do more with a horse than any other man. The Professor intends to put his knowledge and experience of horses into book form for the benefit of lovers of good horseflesh.
